Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Plans, trials, and billing

The Services may be offered under subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Pro, Enterprise) and may include trials. Fees, renewal terms, and included features are described on our pricing page or order form. Taxes may apply.

Tenant Data

You retain ownership of Tenant Data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display Tenant Data solely to provide the Services.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Services to send spam, violate laws, or harm others.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on third-party services (e.g., SMS providers, AI providers). Your use of those features may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify the Services and may update these Terms from time to time.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the AUP.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackCMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
