Scope

StackCMS is a multi-tenant platform. Each customer (“Tenant”) controls the data they upload and collect using the Services (“Tenant Data”).

Information we collect

• Account data (e.g., name, email, organization, authentication metadata).
• Tenant Data (e.g., inventory records, leads, forms, messages) that you or your end users submit through the Services.
• Usage and diagnostics (e.g., logs, error reports, device/browser info, IP address) to operate and secure the Services.
• Billing data (e.g., plan tier, invoices, payment status). Payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• Authenticate users and enforce plan/feature limits.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Provide support and respond to requests.
• Improve reliability and performance.

AI and messaging features

If enabled by a Tenant, the Services may process content for AI-assisted features (e.g., drafting copy) and messaging (e.g., SMS). Tenants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and consents to process Tenant Data.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers (“subprocessors”) who help us run the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, messaging, AI). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Tenants can export and delete Tenant Data subject to plan limits and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting support. Tenants can manage end-user data through the tenant admin tools.
